Carpet Cleaning
TECHNICIANS WERE 2-3 HOURS LATE WITHOUT CALLING. STAINS STILL PRESENT AFTER CLEANING; HAD TO REQUEST THAT THEY MOVE SOFA AND TABLE(HAD BEEN TOLD DURING APPOINTMENT SET UP THAT THEY WOULD DO SO); DOG HAIR STILL APPARENT ON CARPET SURFACE AFTER CLEANING.
