He was able to do this without cracking any of the ceramic tile. The diverter moves freely now.

We've been using him for 30 years. He has always been quite good. He's very personable and we trust him. When he does a job, he doesn't need to come back again. I think his prices are reasonable. I think it is $45 or $50 for a half hour work, but I don't really remember. He is extremely busy, so his availability can be a little problem, but he will work late.
