+ -1 moreADVANCED ADDITIONS HAS A STAFF THAT IS EXEMPLARY. PHILLY WAS THE SUPERVISOR WHO PROVIDED ONLY THE BEST SERVICE. OUR REMODEL HAS BEEN COMPLIMENTED BY EVERYONE WHO COMES TO SEE IT. THE WORKMANSHIP IS OF UTMOST EXCELLENCE. THE MATERIALS HE USES ARE TOP OF THE LINE (QUALITY MATERIALS), AND NONE OF THAT CHEAP STUFF. THE ORIGINAL CONTRACTORS WENT OUT OF BUSINESS AFTER WE PAID THAT COMPANY $44,000. ALL WE HAD DONE WAS A CEMENT SLAB AND SOME PIPES IN OUR ADDITION, AND THEN THEY WALKED OFF THE JOB. PHILLY'S COMPANY WAS CALLED, AND THEY TOOK OVER THE JOB AT A REDUCED BID, KNOWING WHAT THE OTHER CONTRACTORS LEFT US WITH. THE OTHER BIDS WERE $120K - $150K. PHILLY'S PROFESSIONALISM IS UNBEATABLE. I HAVE HAD NO PROBLEMS WITH THE REMODEL, EVERYTHING IS WORKING. THE COMPLETION DATE WAS MET, THE COMMUNICATION WAS GREAT. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND ADVANCED ADDITIONS TO EVERYONE FOR THEIR REMODELING NEEDS.
Description of Work: ADDED 1,000 SQ. FT. TWO STORY WING TO THE HOUSE. ADDED A GAME ROOM, BEDROOM, 2 BATHROOMS, REMODELED A KITCHEN WITH GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, EVERYTHING NEW. THIS HAPPENED AFTER ANOTHER CONTRACTOR WALKED OFF THE JOB AND LEFT US $44,000 POORER.
