Adios Pest Control Inc

So far so good! We are immigrated from Viet Nam so pests here are just pets back there. Rats, Cockroaches, and termines are way more extreme in sizes, agressiveness, and carrying many deadly transmitted diseases since it’s a tropical n 3rd world country. We are immuned by most of them except for yellow fever & west nile from Mosquitos(5 times survivor of each fever will create a lifetime immunity in the body, but i never seen one tat can pass tat lolx, i got 3 times already:))) But since we had our daughter born here in the US and our business here as well, pests control is our No1 priority since heath is No1 concern of all trades for everybody including our family. Ants and spiders went a long way when we bought our house 8 yrs ago, but they became dominant when my daughter started to eat soft foods n then whole food. We got ****** and very annoyed by those ants n spiders evrywhere my daughter went in the house the freaking ants following. Spent quite a lot of $ on those products that are pet safe and children safe since i hesitate to use extreme products with toxicity lvl tat can take out evrything alive cuz we had our baby+ our labrador retriever at the time. So i asked around n got Adios refered by a relative who also had termine service with them be4. And tat was smooth, quick and pleasant. We went straight with a annual services both my house n my business at the 1st day of their 1st treatment cuz i had another business tat been using diff provider from previous owner contract carried over( so i got the real data to compare for my own). I dont have problem with there 79$/ bi-monthly, all I care was the end game of how their services requested by me as a customer, had fullfill all the listed requests in specific order based on their prioritic levels( like i said, serving my business is not something tat I can have control over weather it’s good or not, health department is the only judge for this game field lolx). Well, I passed the final inspection at my business and I never had a tiny bit problem with ants and spiders at my house( though foods and snacks drops getting more cuz my daughter growing up n she loves eating snacks). Mother in law loves home growth vegie, she got the rotten problem n vegie bugs, they took care for her even when im not around. So just as schedule, they came and did the routine so it’s pretty much a utility service for us as for other people. Also, emergency calls for my hornet bee nest(home), a huge Cockroach ran into my business from the outside drain cuz the HOA landscaping guys left the cover open( lot of restaurant within the premises )with the photos i sent, they came at 12 mid nite on the same day to remove it due to my urgent concern for my daughter n my customers/employees..(no extra or excuses when Adios is the only one local service provider is maintaining the truth concept of urgent call, at least they have proven to us in action, by that efforts in consistency...how we look at this and judge otherwise lolx! Respect go both ways in an ethical mutual business practice, never an oneway ‘s downtown street for either one of the parties. We prefer to keep local businesses in good hands, such as Adios because we are small business owners as well. We dont have the luxury to our expenses tat would not needed or not effectively both in cost and result, big corporations or millions companies can be easy on this matter with a fixed amounts of $ for HR or Maintenance Department payable for service like this, only they can try many providers and got times n $ to correct/repair bad try out audition:))). We are not having that capability n luxury as small business, so we sticked with Adios for almost 2 years and never got turned out at all but over providing( technical questions on certain professional aspect of pest control)i must say we can never have this bonding in a business relationship of Providers& Customers in the bigger scales. You can only find and feel the culture characteristic of daily living and doing business are naturally blended in term of customize ur service n provide when you need most( regardless of odd timing, sht never happen as schedule lolx)with local businesses not anywhere else such as Adios Pets Control! Thanks

We finally signed a monthly contract. It was fairly priced and they are always on time. I highly recommend Adios and if I wasn't moving out of state, I would stay with them forever!

Although nothing was ever caught, they were very professional and came back regularly to check the traps.

The whole process was easy and painless. They did exactly what I requested. Bravo!

This is my first review and I messed up the previous review with the first company I called.  The first company could not come out until Monday, they charged extra for Sunday.     
I went on the Adios website and completed the request for services.  Shortly, after completing it Jeff(?) called me back and I explained what my problem was, he said he would be coming from El Cajon, so it would be a few minutes.  He arrived within 30 minutes and I showed him the problem. Bees were starting to build a hive between the faceboard and the stucco by the garage door.
I checked the inside of the garage and there were no bees in there.  I went into the house while he took care of  business.
When he finished I went outside and paid him.  He said if the bees didn't all die today any that returned would die when they went back to the hive.  If I had any problems to call and he would come out again.
Service was great, I will recommend Adios Pest Control Inc. to all my family and friends.

After the guy came, I went to kind of check around and I could see just a couple of areas where he treated and did not see anywhere else around the house where it looked like he treated so I wasn’t sure if he actually did the entire house or not because I didn’t understand why only a couple of areas I could see the wetness from the treatment and then on the rest of the house, I couldn’t see anything where he sprayed so I don’t know if it had completely dried that fast in those areas or why I didn’t see any evidence of him spraying all the way around the house. I don’t know that I really believe that they treated all the way around the house but I don’t have proof to say they didn’t.

They came and did their thing and the ants were gone. Easy to schedule. Came when expected. Nice people. Overall easy and effective experience. Didn't see one more any after that.

There was a low level noise in the attic for a few weeks, and when it got louder I went into the attic and found visible and obvious evidence of rats.  Initially, the sound was quiet and did not sound like rats.

I called Adios on Saturday and they came on Monday morning.

On Saturday afternoon I checked my trees and trimmed all branches near my roof.  There were no branches touching the roof.

The noise stopped sometime on the Sunday.

The man from Adios was friendly and helpful in answering m questions.  He advised me how far rats will jump from branches etc. to the roof and where they could climb trees and walls.

We did not catch any rats as they apparently vacated the attic after I trimmed the trees.

The benefit I received from their service was what information I learned about the climbing abilities of rats.

Adios Pest Control was alright but I thought that the description of what I got was deceptive. It was fairly thorough with what they did. It's just that the description detail that they would do a little more than they actually did.

It went very well. They came out and they did such a good job that we actually expanded and had them do other things. They were very professional, organized, and on time. They were very easy to work with and we would highly recommend them.

Very prompt communication and on time with treatment. The technicial was very courteous and professional. The treatment worked - we found several dead black widows after the treatment.

I purchased a "Special" for our visit. The person who answered the phone wasn't particularly helpful; however, the actual exterminator was right on time, answered our questions, explained how long we should vacate the house, and explained other services we can have later. We haven't seen the insects we were concerned with so apparently the service was effective.

It went really well. I haven't had a problem since they came out. They came out earlier in the year so it's been wonderful.

It worked fine. There were no extra charges. They did a great job, he explained everything and he was out of here in no time.

It turned out excellent! They called me the same day. There were no extra charges beyond the big deal amount. They were friendly and communicative and the guy who came out was really just a pleasing guy.

I called Adios urgently, at 5:30 PM on a Saturday night after discovering yellowjackets in my bedroom, coming from the chimney of the fireplace.  They were the only pest control service that I could find open at that time.  They dispatched a technician to my house within an hour of the phone call.  He killed the yellowjackets by climbing on to the roof of the house and dropping poison on to the yellowjackets from the top of the chimney.  The entire job took about 20 minutes.

The services of Adios Pest Control Inc is good, yeah, it's good. This is the first time we have used the services as we bought that house only recently and while we were doing some renovation, we noticed some pests, I mean some things there, so we called Adios Pest Control Inc and they came immediately and they did their job, this is the first time we used their services. I think that after half an hour or forty five minutes after we called he was there, immediately, he came. We liked the services of Adios Pest Control Inc. I like the service altogether including price and quality and everything about it because they reacted, I mean they came very soon and they did their job. And the price also, everything counts right, not only one factor. At that time I was not there, my husband was there with them and when I went, what all of the small stuff, what all I saw there, they were all not there. So I can't explain the experience with them because I was not with him but what they did was a good job. I am not aware of the pricing and all as my husband takes care of all those things. I am not sure about that pricing, but what I believe is that comparatively these pricing were less so that's why my husband chose their services, that is what I believe. On the grading scale, I can give an A for punctuality as my husband told that immediately they came and they did their job and for everything else, I can give a B.

They were great, they were fantastic. I have used them twice and they just keep coming back until what ever it is is gone. They came out a few years ago when some tenants left and we had just a bad flea problem and they kept coming until they were all gone. It is such a relief to know that it will be taken care of. They are definitely my go-to pest people now.

Used the Angie's List coupon for General Pest Control Treatment. Scheduling and contact was prompt, the staff was courteous, and the man who sprayed the property was prompt and thorough.

They are very flexible and very prompt. Their service works. They have taken care of spider, bee, and ant problems around our home and I've been with them for two years and intend to stay with them forever.

We called and set up an appointment in 3 days from the date we called, the technician called us the day of the appointment giving us notice he was running late.  When he showed up, he was very professional and through.  He notified us that some of the damage that required attention would need to be done would require a general contractor because it was outside the scope of their liability.  He was good about showing us areas of concern.  We received the actual report about a week and a half later.  Their price on the fumigation of the property was very competitive.  Over all, I would recommend them to a friend.

They are good people. I've known them for years. They have great prices. They come out whenever you need them, whether you have an appointment or not, at no extra cost. They are as good as you can get.
