I was extremely pleased with the service i received from James and his team at P.R.S. I submitted an online request for contact at 3 pm. On a Monday, for a kitchen emergency. I was contacted within the hour! James never failed to keep contact with me on the progress of our job, and I felt 100% taken care of. The price was reasonable, and we didn't feel taken advantage of . He explained everything along the way so my husband and I understood and educated us on how to prevent an issue in the future. I will most definitely be using this company again for any other cabinet needs. I advise anyone to do the same!

Mgr. James Gardner is extremely well educated in all areas of damage, and researched each component of the repairs. He actually talked to the manufacturers (3) of the products to be certain he didn't miss anything in the process. Extremely thorough. The cleanup was also 100%. AND they were 1/2 the cost other Cos. submitted.

The service tech was very pleasant, but the job was done in a rushed manner and many stains still were visible, also the carpet was left too wet, it took us more than 3 days for it to dry.
