Description of Work: Tear off and replacement of rolled roofing, two layers of modified bitumen granulated torch down, lift and relay of existing tiles on tile mansard, replacement of existing drains with copper drains, installation of overflow drains, replacement of plywood under mansard where rotted, and replacement of felt on mansard.
