Arrive home from trip. Heard hissing noise. Found hot water heater spewing water in closet. Could not locate shut off on heater so turned off water to house at midnight. Called company next morning. He had done work for water damage in bathroom before. Came that day. Heater was 20 years old thought we would have to replace. Wasn't necessary. Value had developed a pin hole and had spayed everything in closet. Fortunately, there was drain below the heater. Nothing damaged. One plank in hardwood floor
raised slightly. Dried out OK. Gentleman and son do the work. They are thorough, clean and professional.
