I ordered a 40 year roof in the contract. I went to the home and saw the workers were putting on a 30 year roof as shown on the bag covers. I told them of the error. They got Jim on the phone and he made the switch immediately. The workers had to redo about a third of the roof. So I'm glad I checked it out. I just don't know if this was an honest mistake or not. Probably was just an mistake. But it is always good to check out to be sure you get what you paid for with any contractor.
