By far the best guys in the business. Kelvin came by and was very professional. He took no more than 20 minutes and I had a quote the next day by email. He was straight up right to the point scheduled me in a month in advance which was fine. Something came up in their schedule so he asked if I could push the day up as they had an opening. Extremely excited to get the work done so of course it was yes. They were here on time and worked very clean. With re-piping they had to open up holes but patched it up like it never happened. Replaced all my old fixtures dug a trench and refilled like new. Best of all removed all the old pipe and did not leave a trace that they were even here. I highly recommend these guys !

The experience was so much better than expected. Puma is the ultimate professional. Lost count of how many plumbers worked on the house. They were clean and respectful. They repaired walls perfectly and ready for painting. Had a small leak after job was done. Turned out it was shower pan. Puma came out and didn't give up till problem was solved. Highly recommend them.

They complete things within 1-2 days. They make minimum damage and repair where they have installed new piping. They run the piping through the roof and ceiling. They are very courteous, professional, and quick. They even got a compliment form our building inspector.

Called for a quote and Nathan showed up on time and sent the quote the following am. Scheduled the work and it was completed in one day. After inspection, the interior and exterior walls were patched (the patch matches nicely) and then we painted the patches a couple of days later. No more low pressure, no more rusty water, no more sediment in the shower heads! We're happy with the work done.

We had used them before many times for other properties as well as with friends and family and always had very satisfactory results. They are very prompt and deliver what they promise. Unlike other companies where the job would take over a week, they re piped my whole house with high quality copper in one day. There was a crew of 12 in my house first thing in the morning and didn't leave until the job was completed around 7 pm.

It was impressive! Puma (like the cat) was the estimator and foreman. The work took two days, one for each house. They even put in little extras like water hookups behind the refrigerators in both houses. Added additional hose bibs that were most needed. Even though they had to make holes in walls, mess was minimal and they clean up very well after themselves. The patchwork done after the inspection was well done.
Puma will ask you what you think and puts in little surprises that make you smile. He walks the job with you at the end of each day so you can make sure all is to your satisfaction.
They put in the right type of copper and made sure there were no burrs to cause problems in the future. They are indeed experts.
Price was great!. I had gotten a quote several years ago and this company's price was below that.

Southwest is excellent on everything. I have no problem with them. They were like a military operation. Like I said, it was 20-25 years ago when I used them to re-pipe our new home. They were very, very good; very prompt and very professional. I'd give them an A on everything. They patched up their job and the only thing I had to do was paint the drywall when the patchwork dried.

Kelvin came out to give us and estimate. He provided an estimate for repiping from the existing 1" galvanized line, not including the main line from the city meter. After thinking about it, I decided that it would be better to also change this pipe at the same time. Kelvin came out again with his associate to figure out how to change this additional line without the additional expense of cutting up the cement, trenching, and re-cementing. They seemed very knowledgeable. When they decided how the job would be done, we set a start date, which was about one week later. A crew of about a dozen men showed up on time and began the work. The workers were very experienced and worked hard. After about 9 hours, including their lunch break, the job was completed. There were no glitches or hangups. They also installed a new water heater that I bought. Next, the inspector came out in two days to sign off on a rough approval. Three days after that, Puma and crew came to patch up the walls and refill the dirt that had been dug. Everybody was very pleasant to deal with and I appreciated the good work performed. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

A complicated job that I had several quotes on. Our house a surprise every time you do anything. They got here and 9 hours later done. 12 guys working in harmony. I found 1 tiny piece of copper tube on the back porch and not another sign they had been there. Love my new pipes.

They came in and did good work. They could have done a better job of patching the walls in a couple of areas, but I fixed them myself. I was happy with them overall and they had a good crew of guys. They did good work and I was happy with the price. I priced several other companies who were higher and this company seemed to use the same quality materials so I will use them again in the future.

SouthWest Copper Repiping was recommended by our neighbor who liked their work so much he had them do his mother's home. They are listed on Angie's List but with little information. We called SouthWest Copper for an estimate. They called back immediately and we had a time and date for the estimate. It was a year ago when that was done. We called them back last week and they agreed to still honor the bid. Within a week, Phonun and his crew of 5 arrived at 9am and completed the work in one day. They cleaned up after their work was finished. They hauled away the old waterheater and pipes for disposal. Phonum was professional, meticulous, kept us informed of what his crew was doing throughout the day. Whenever we called him, someone took our message. He immediately returned our phone calls. We were going to toss out our toilet because of stubborn stains. He assured us it was a quality toilet, cleaned the stains off and repaired the leaky toilet valve as a courtesy. We are very pleased with SouthWest Copper Repiping. We selected them because of the high recommendation from our neighbor and additional work they agreed to do without changing the amount of the original bid. Of three bids we had, it happened to be the lower bid.

THE COMPANY PERFORMED A HIGH QUALITY JOB USING QUALITY MATERIALS AND EVERYTHING. THE CLEAN UP WAS STUPENDOUS, AND THEY PAID SPECIAL ATTENTION TO SEALING EVERYTHING UP.
