THE TECHNICIAN, CHRIS FARRIS, (STATE CERTIFIED) NOT ONLY PROVIDED AND INSTALLED SIX SMOKE AND TWO CARBON MONOXIDE DETECTORS, HE REVIEWED ALL OF OUR ELECTRICAL BREAKER PANEL REPLACING THREE BREAKERS THAT WERE DEFICIENT GIVEN OUR ELECTRICAL NEEDS, ALL OF THE ALARMS WERE HARDWIRED AND DONE TO NEC REQUIREMENTS, AND CAME WITH A 3 YEAR WARRANTY ON PARTS AND LABOR. CHRIS IS EFFICIENT, PERSONABLE, NEAT, KNOWLEGEABLE, AND AVAILABLE FOR ALL THINGS ELECTRIC.

They were very flexible with my schedule and that was nice. They were very professional. My dad was happy with the work. He said he did a really great job. He was very neat and tidy with the electrical work and making less mess and cleaning it up so fine. I am a night shifter and I sleep during the day. So, they have extended hours into the night. They work at night. They catered to my schedule and they did not make me work around their schedule. That is so important to me. My dad said it was a fair price. The other thing that was really good is that he identified some safety things that my dad and I did not know about and explained it thoroughly why it was so important to get it done. He was not trying to up-sell me. My pool was not GFI. It is an older house. It was GFI-ed the old way with the water pipe-type thing, but it was not anything up to code and it is pretty dangerous because of the way the light is put in this pool. So, he explained the importance of it and GFI-ed it and gave me a whole tutorial on what to do. It was great. It was a life saver.

They did a good job, they showed up on time, and they were very professional, thorough and courteous. They took care of the job completely and really knew what they were doing.

We had a problem with an electrical circuit in our kitchen; the breaker kept tripping when two appliances (i.e. blender, toaster oven) were used at the same time. An visual inspection of the electrical panel showed signs of scorching from overheating. The Safeway electrician performed the services listed above, but always arranged for financing so that the best solution, replacing the entire twenty-five year old electrical panel box, could be completed.
