 + -1 moreRON IS VERY COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. THEY ARE VERY PUNCTUAL IN THEIR FOLLOW UP AND REMINDERS. HE HAS EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF ALL TYPES OF PIANOS. HE PROVIDES ADVICE ON CARE AND PLACEMENT OF THE PIANO IN THE HOME ETC.
Description of Work: THEY TUNED OUR PEARL RIVER BABY GRAND PIANO. THEY HAVE BEEN TUNING IT 3 TO 4 TIMES A YEAR SINCE WE PURCHASED IT 3 YEARS AGO. THEY PROVIDE A COURTESY REMINDER WHEN THE NEXT TUNING DATE IS PENDING. THEY HANDLE REPAIRS AND DAMAGE AS WELL AS PIANO TUNING.
