Showed up on time & replaced the timer within ah hour. I asked him about the pump because I was told the rings needed to be replaced, he said that it was fine, it should last for a while. So far the timer & pump have been working great.

The reason I chose them was that, they are 2 blocks away. They are courteous and helpful. They ordered it for me and they were the same price as everybody else. They were good with responsiveness and they knew what they were doing. I will use them again in future.

SINCE THE FIRST TUTORIAL, WE HAVE HAD THESE FOLKS BACK TO REPAIR SOME OF THE POOL EQUIPMENT AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS MADE AN EFFORT TO GO THE EXTRA STEP TO ENSURE ALL PARTS OF THE POOL SYSTEM WERE WORKING WELL.

TOOK POOL SWEEP IN FOR WARRANTY REPAIRS. SEVERAL ITEMS WERE DAMAGED. WARRANTY WORK WAS COMPLETED AND ONLY CHARGED FOR PARTS WHICH WERE PART OF NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR.
