Absolute pleasure to do business with. Responsive. On time. Main problem was one of the crew cemented in the cover to the sprinkler system without checking with homeowner first on what she wanted. Clean up could have been better.

He did such a good job that I had him build a new patio and put a mowing edge around my back yard. He is very meticulous about every detail and he solved major drainage problems to create a work of beauty. He is a joy to work with and his crew are very polite and friendly.

Everything went very well. Lupeni came out to walk the site with me; his crew came on time, I made adjustments to the job based upon his recommendations. His crew did a good job, on time, with minimal supervision on my part. I  will definitely use him again if needed. He was prompt, honest, reliable, and did good work.

After receiving other estimates, we chose Lupeni to do the job due to his responsiveness and reasonable estimate. The demolition and hauling away of the old fencing alone was quite a job in itself. Lupeni was great to work with; always accessible and professional. Every request we made was promptly completed to our satisfaction. He and his crew were always punctual (7 am) and worked really hard to get the job done. They even worked late one Friday and on Saturday to get the wall up, understanding our concern for security. It was clear to see that his crew takes pride in their workmanship. Lupeni arranged for a wrought iron contractor to build the gate for us which also turned out beautifully. We love our new wall!

Lupeni and his crew were great to work with.  I had a relatively small concrete job to do near my pool and Lupeni was friendly, answered all my questions, and gave me a very fair price.  They did a very professional job and they also did a good job cleaning up after themselves.  In the course of doing the first job Lupeni pointed out to me where a tree in my backyard was in the
process of breaking and lifting up a section of concrete.  He offered me a good deal to remove the tree and to replace the sidewalk.  I would definitely use him again.

Lupeni accommodated my need for an appt. after 5:30 in the evening during the week.  Came out to see me on a Wednesday evening .... was very attentive to what I wanted to achieve and sensitive to my monetary condition.  In fact, he offered several suggestions; I went with one of his suggestions and couldn't be more pleased.  The work was started on Thursday morning;  was 1/2 way completed when I returned from work that evening at which time he came to my home to go over what was done and to be sure that I was satisfied with the progress.  He even offer to raise the wall for me at more-than-reasonable price increase and accepted my desire to keep the wall low  .... never once did he try to haggle with me.  Anyway, the job was completed before I got home from work on Friday;  and my property was left in very clean condition.  This was my very first use of Angie's list and I am happy I chose to go that route.

I am somewhat handicapped so I transpose things.  Lupeni was at a family emergency out of state but answered his phone.  After we talked a bit he said he would be back Monday and come over.  He did as promised. 
After we agreed an a price he did the work and it came out lovely.  Even a couple of neighbors said how nice it looked.

It worked out real well; that was good. He did a great job and they did a lot. They did an excellent job and they were working on the hottest days of the year during a heat wave. They worked like crazy to get it done and did a fabulous job. This company cleaned up after itself every night and left it nice. There was a lot of digging in both the front and back yards and they left it neat each evening. They showed up on time and did a great job. The owner showed up every day to make sure everything was okay. I gave them lunch a couple of times and gave them watermelon once because they were working so hard in the heat. My son has used them a couple of times.

Lupeni did a great job pouring a concrete driveway and building a retaining wall for our backyard.  The team was very professional, on time, courteous and cleaning up the area each night until the work was complete.  His suggestions of how to configure the wall turned out much better than the way I had envisioned.  What a difference that wall made for my backyard.  The driveway made my house look very appealing and was done very well.   Lupeni was there each day overseeing the crew, attentive to every detail.  His work is high quality with very reasonability priced.  It was the hottest days of the year and the crew worked hard, never complaining.  My son has also had work done by this company and is very pleased as well.

It went very well.  The jobs were small, but labor intensive.  The work was done very professionally.  Lots of measuring and adjusting.  
The end result is beautiful!

I have worked with Lupeni of LT Concrete on several of my projects over the years.  My first project with him about 6 years ago was a concrete driveway and brick facing the front of my first house. The old blacktop driveway was in really bad shape with a very large tree with roots breaking up the blacktop. The front of the 1960 house was in need of updating. I had been searching for someone to do the driveway and brickwork. One day I was walking through my neighborhood and noticed a new concrete drive was just completed. I asked the homeowner who did the great job on her driveway. She referred me to Lupeni.  I am very picky on quality and workmanship and I was impressed with worked he had done on the neighbor’s house so I called him and we meet to go over the project.   We walked the project and Lupeni provided me with what could be done from a basic concrete driveway to a concrete driveway with brick edging and inlays. We chose the option with the brick edging and inlays.  For the front of the house he took us to a brick yard so my wife could pick out the brick for the front of the house as well as for the driveway edging. Lupeni made sure we picked the correct type of brick for each part of the project. After that went finalized the scope of work, cost and signed a written contract with a detailed scope of work.   Lupeni and his crew were out the next day with the equipment. They were on time and polite. They started the demo of old blacktop driveway and the removal of the old tree which was a big job. They graded the driveway with a better slope than was originally there. They dug the trenches and installed the drain pipe and poured the sump pump basin, laid the brick edging for the driveway, and the wire mesh for the concrete.   I approved some change orders along the way (which were written with descriptions, costs and signed off by both Lupeni and myself.) The changes included some brick planter walls, the sump pump basin in the driveway by the garage and drain pipe to the street.   The brick work on the front of house was next. First they removed the old brick from around the front door and under the front bedroom window. The crew knew exactly what to do. They prepared the footing (the correct way) for the brick and used a water level and line to ensure each row of bricks was level. They made sure that the brick line was level from one side of the house to the other side of the house.  They laid the brick including the cap we had chosen to match the brick edging in the driveway.  The workmanship was outstanding.   Next came the concrete truck and the concrete was pumped through the long hose. His crew worked hard working the concreted to a great even finish. The crew really knew how to work the concrete.  The driveway turned out great.  And six years later it still looks great and no cracks have appeared yet.   The project finished up within the original contract amount and approved changed orders for the extras that I added along the way. By the way his suggestions he provided along the way were exactly the right thing to do. Lupine’s knowledge is vast with a good eye to detail and I would not hesitate to listen to him. I am more than happy I did. The project turned out better than I had imagined.   I have had lots of compliments from friends and others on the both the driveway and the brick work. When I was having some work done inside the house I had someone ask me who had done the work as he had noticed the great workmanship on it. I gave him Lupeni’s contact information.   When I decided to build a custom home I called Lupeni to do the brick work. Again I was going to put brick on the front of the house. I also decided to brick one of the chimneys creating a focal point for that side of the house which can be seen from the street.   Lupeini met me at the scheduled meeting time out at the job site to see the project and reviewed the scope of work with me. He provided me with a written scope of work and a very reasonable price. (I had bids from other contractors as well as part of the overall sub-contractor bid process that I went through on the building of the house).    His crew arrived as scheduled and started the preparing the site. Pallets of bricks were delivered and his crew got busy laying the brick. Again they ensured the level line across the front of the house. The front of the house looks great. Next they started on the chimney. His crew took care in laying the brick in perfect rows. I worked out the detail inlay that I want near the top third of the chimney with Lupeni and his crew put it together flawlessly. I have also have had many compliments on the brick work. And the chimney really did become a focal point.   For I also had him create some brick column bases for the patio cover posts and work was done flawlessly.  Again his crew was excellent, on time and on budget.   I will be using Lupeni and his crew again on my next projects.  I have been very happy with him and his crew and you will be too.
