KINDER CARE

It was a clean facility. It seemed organized, but the transition from his original class to the one he moved into when he was older was a little to chaotic. Which is why I took him out. He was there when he was an infant, but when he went to the toddler room the ratio of child to teacher got higher. It was a 1:12 ratio for 2 year olds and I did not like that. There was a little to much chaos for me and he didn't respond well to that. So I decided to move him. There was a lot of inconsistency with the teachers in that room. I understand that it was just bad timing, but that was just my experience with it. If you are looking just to take your child somewhere where it is safe and just like a summer program than this is the place to take your child. I personally would have preferred more structure and more emphasis on the individual child's needs versus the group as a whole. The summer program is great, because they bring in a lot of outside activities. Like zoo people and water activities. I really liked that for the summer. It was just the consistency of the learning program that I was not a big fan of. I find that their price is a little high considering the quality of care. There were things that I couldn't change, but they were definitely attentive to my concerns. I feel bad, because I don't want to slam them. They do try and I appreciate everyone there.
