After a weekend of company in an uncomfortable house, we decided to do something about our AC! It was blowing light and cool but not cold. During mid day, it got HOT in here! Luckily there was a patter on the roof of our condo complex. When I went to see what was the matter, there was someone From Jesse's Air Systems. He informed me of what he beleived the problem to be and gave a discount if I would have it done at the same time as my neighbors the next day. I called a family member who is a General Contractor to see if he could do it. He informed me that the Freon would be about $300 by itself and that he needed a special License to do the job. I decided to go with Jesse's. When they arrived the next day, I had many things going on. I just handed them a check without any work being done. In the past, I have not allways had a good experience with handing out the $ before the work was done. Sometimes and "emergency" comes up and it is a week before they come back. When I arrived home last night, the place was hot. We turned on the air and when we returned from our workout had to turn it off because it was working so strong!!! THANKS JESSE! Now we can feel comfortable having friends over again!

VERY PLEASED REPAIRMAN CAME OUT RIGHT AWAY AND REPLACE CONDENSER UNIT AND NOW AIR CONDITIONER WORKS BETTER THAN BEFORE HE WAS PROMPT (CAME DAY AFTER WE CALLED) AND GAVE US DIFFERENT OPTIONS FOR THE REPAIR

JESSE WAS ON TIME, HE DID HAPPEN TO CHARGE A LITTLE TOO MUCH JUST TO LOOK AT IT. OVERALL, HE WAS VERY POLITE. HE RESPONDED TO ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS.

REPAIRED MY AIR CONDITIONING UNIT TWICE DUE TO DAMAGE BY MY DOG. GAVE HELPFUL TIPS ABOUT HOW TO PROLONG THE LIFE OF MY AIR CONDITIONER. ALSO, FIXED WASHING MACHINE FOR $85. AWESOME SERVICE!
