Please do not use this company for CUSTOM cabinet's. After months of design struggles, cabinetry arriving 6 weeks late, what arrived and installed was a disaster.nothing lined up, cabinet's looked cheap because of poor installation, installation took MONTHS not weeks, and still, 4 months later, drawers do not close properly, alignment of all door's and drawers is poor, appliances do not fit in ANY space properly, door's and hinges creak when you open, and overall look is cheap and something you would see in a mass produced track home, not your custom dream home. Examples.....all door's rub on each other, have spent thousands more dollars to have many door's and drawers trimmed and re-pained to try and get them to close properly, but when the installation of the main boxes is off - you can NEVER fix it completely. "His closet" shoes do not fit on shoe shelves and have to be put in sideways (they are only a 10 1/2 - a very common size for a man) - again, no attention to detail...interior drawers on every cabinet came out 2 inches high with extremely poor construction with the dove-tail corner's and even Hartmark agreed they were bad and then replaced them with cheaper drawers.... Custom homes should and DO require a lot of planning and someone who comes out often to CUSTOMIZE each cabinet to the particular space - that is why you build a custom home in the first place - find a company that specializes in that and does not get busy with their mass-produced cabinetry. We had to learn the hard way that once they install average part's with a horrible install - you can never get it right despite thousands of dollars on other cabinet people trying to fix it - Appliance are all sitting crooked because of lack of attention to detail and installation.....it has been heartbreaking, frustrating, and very expensive! 3 other top cabinet companies that have come out and tried to fit us in their busy schedules have been horrified at the cheap construction and poor installation, pointing out so many other problems with cabinets that they are just not able to fix. There are so many true craftsman out there that care about what they build - do NOT use this company!!!
