"Thanks for the feedback, it's unfortunate that you rated me so poorly the job was completed in June and I visited you on three occasions to explain how your system works and to clarify how the valves can be adjusted which could resolve your concern with the spa draining. I suggested cleaning your filter in order to use your system as previously did. Any other pool service will tell you the same thing."
