Structural Engineering
I spoke with Dan Dufreynne at Duco several times as I had lots of questions and he was patient, helpful, and had a good sense of humor which helped a lot. I also dealt with Betty Martin at Duco and she was also always pleasant, and very helpful. The inspector that they sent out to the site was very nice, and did his job quickly. He also worked well with the contractor that was doing the pool removal and the job went smoothly and there were no holdups. The company did everything they could to keep the number of inspections to the minimum which kept the price down. As a result, the final price matched their estimated price which made me very happy. The report that I needed from them at the end of the job was done quickly. I recommend them highly.
