Ervin came out to walk my property and sounded very knowledgeable. I was really looking foreword to work with him. He said he would get back to me in 3 weeks to give me a detailed bid which was perfect because that is when I would be back from vacation. I called him when I got back but he didn't return my call. So I called again and he said he had "tried" to contact me but I didn't reply. I was then suspicious. Then he said that he just started a big job and wouldn't have time for mine yet he told me that he wouldn't start my job until late Oct, 2 months from now, when the heat had past. Also suspicious. I'm assuming he didn't want to do my job for some other reason because maybe it was too small. Under $10k. Either way I don't think he was straight with me.
