In the past five months, he has also tore out a fireplace, re-plumped some things for me and re-dry walled it, fixed our water heater. He has done various things. He gave me an estimate before hand. He's a little expensive. He is on the higher end, but his work is really good. He calls me right back, even if he can't do the work right away, but he tells me that upfront.
