Custom Tile And Stone By Ed Henry

The work went well and all the work was done very well. Unfortunately nine years later, the downstairs bathroom started to show water leakage around the shower pan area. We attempted to contact Ed Henry he called the residence and would explained he would try to make it by. He never called back. We used the website and had no response, we tried emailing without a response.
As a result we went ahead and had another contractor demo the downstairs bathroom, after the tile was removed from the shower pan area it was explained to us that the paper on the shower dam was not placed incorrectly as a result a very slow leak of water. The water leaked on all four sides of the shower pan. I reviewed my original contract and did not see anything written concerning a warranty.It is my opinion that this shower should of lasted longer than nine years.

They are professional, courteous and pay attention to details providing helpful options to improve the design. We highly recommend them for any home improvement project. This is the third project they have completed at our home. The Travertine flooring downstairs was the first and our Fireplace Mantel and tile was the second.

The work done by Custom Tile and Stone was impeccable- I could not believe the intricate level of detail they went into when remodeling my home. They did not cut corners anywhere and provided great service every step of the way. My tarvertine flooring came out gorgeous- it was very flat, not bumpy, and did not have any corners sticking up. All the work came out absolutely beautiful, and I'm still amazed by the level of work I receieved from Ed and Rob- I really don't think it can get any better than this. Ed and Rob did all of the work themselves and did not send in someone else to do the job (which I really appreciated). They were very concerned with my needs and made sure to give me the job I wanted. They completed the job in a timely manner and didn't drag on the job longer than they needed to. I would absolutely use Custom Tile and Stone again, and plan to next time I need more work done.

I was provided an extensive amount of choices and was very satisfied will all of the custom work. In fact I am going to have Ed install a Travertine floor in my bedroom to match the hallway and master bathroom. The quality and attention to detail is one of the reasons I decided to keep my home even through the tough times. This custom work was exceptional and literally made my house a home with the warmth of the materials used and the quality installation and design work provided.
Again, Ed is very personable and worked with me through a few changes along the way, most of which were his suggestions. I was very comfortable with the father and son team approach with Rob Henry having an exceptional eye for detail as well. Because of this I had a strong comfort level with them.
Lastly, they did not leave a mess like most other contractors I had dealt with in the past which means they were very considerate.
