CLS LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT

CLS landscape management inc. located in chino California. A RIPOFF SCAM COMPANY THAT STEALS MONEY AND DOESN?T DO THE WORK I am permanently disabled on a fixed social security income. I had saved for a long time to have irrigation system in my front and back yards with my spinal problems watering was very difficult and painful I also had them landscape both front and back yards with rock for low maintaince. The person who came out and gave estimate his name is jose marquez and he represented himself as the owner of the company. The price was good so I hired them. I foolishly paid them in cash but had them sign a piece of paper that also outlined all the work to be done. They began the 1st week of October 2012 by December not much work had been done and the man who said he was the owner kept asking for more money. During the work they damaged the structure of my home they smashed open a 3 ? 4 in concrete vault that held a casket for a special dog I had that passed away they smashed open the solid vault then smashed open her casket and tossed her body in the middle of the yard they damaged a brick retaining wall and the irrigation lines they did put in are leaking undrground. When I called the main office to speak to who I was told was the owner is when I found out he was only a supervisor.in late December I spoke to a man named pat who stated he was the vice president of the company and that there was no contract with CLS I told him I have photos of CLS trucks in the middle of my yard and the workers from CLS in their protective vests. He stated then he would speak to jose and have him finish the job within 2 weeks. The 2nd week of January 2013 jose came to my home and asked for more money I told him I would not pay anymore money to him and that he needed to fix the damage to my home and the damage to the vault he then told me if I paid him more money he would finish the irrigation but I would have to pay for all the damage I told him NO I would not pay him any more money and he left and CLS never came back and finished the work. I left messages for pat the so called vice president and I received no return calls. On Friday april 19th 2013 I called again told them I wanted to speak to someone in charge that day they stated no one was there I told them they need to contact someone in charge of the company on a cell phone and call me that day. Again pat the so called vice president called me I again informed him the work was not done there was still all the damage to my home and property. He stated that there was no formal contract with CLS I told him I had photo?s on CLS trucks in the middle of my yard and CLS staff working on my yard his response was ?so what? that the photos ment nothing to him since there is no written contract I then advised him I had spoken to 2 other companies and that since is was official CLS trucks and equipment that it would go against CLS?s California license he then stated ?he didn?t care what the state license board cared since he had no contract? I then informed him I would be filling complaints against CLS he stated ?go for others have tried and nothing was ever done? I told him I had all my neighbors who saw CLS trucks working in my yards he stated ? go to h*** and good luck because they are so big of a company there would be nothing I can do? and he hung up. I have a paper stating all the work that was supposed to be done including the rock to be put down in my yards that were included in the cost. When it came time for the rock they wanted another $4000.00 I said no and bought the rock myself and had it delivered. They did not finish the irrigation did not install any on the sides of my home and in the front and back the sprinklers do not even cover and water all my plants and tree?s. this company is like those people that go out after a disaster or to seniors homes and take ?more like steal? money and do nothing I have tried all I can but this company is nothing but scammers thieves and ripoff?s
