CDL Builders Inc

Dennis Huddleston, President of CDL Builders Inc abandoned the job before I received Certificate of Occupancy, leaving me to hire other subcontractors to complete the project and correct their inferior workmanship. Once the townhomes began selling, the owners submitted warranty claims to CDL Builders Inc. Despite having a contract that obligated Dennis Huddleston's company to perform these warranty repairs, he ignored all claims. I had to once again hire other subcontractors to complete the warranty work. The contract that was signed allowed only for an arbitration hearing by the American Arbitration Association. The arbitrator awarded me all of my expenses, but Dennis Huddleston refused to pay. I applied for a reimbursement from his Surety Bond Holder but only received $6,000. CDL Builders Inc. still owes me and many other people money from all the liabilities and obligations Dennis Huddleston failed to honor. He does not have integrity and cannot be trusted Dennis Huddleston continues to work as a general contractor, despite having his general contractor's license suspended by the Contractor's State License Board due to his failure to pay arbitration awards and court judgements, and failure to obtain proper workers compensation insurance, and failure to post a bond. DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. HE IS A CROOK.
