It was our first time using marble, and it was not a good experience. Upstairs bathroom: every tile cut for it seems to have been done with a blunt tool, and has jagged, ugly edges. Less than a year later, tile of the shower stall is separating from the wall. There might be water intrusion. In the kitchen the floor tiles are cracked, cracking and uneven. We were told they were set to closely. A relative had used them with success, so we were overly trusting. They did the job, left a mess in and around the property, clogged the shower drains with construction material, and when asked to fix the problems described above, little effort was made to actually fix the problems.
