This list was full of small but important things, such as placement of smoke detectors. There was a missing pipe on the TPR valve of the tankless water heater, and needed replacement of weather stripping in several places. He also pointed out important safety issues and things such as none of the GFCI's in the original house (there is an addition) were grounded, and there was no drain trap under the sink in the kitchen, and needed replacement of flex hosing that had more than one connector.
His report was online, including pictures with arrows pointing to the item, and was able to be downloaded.
Jeff is thorough and knowledgeable, with easy to understand explanations of issues. He is also not as expensive as some that have some extra bells and whistles, but I have not needed these (such as a finished report in 30 minutes at the inspected house with a bound cover and CD with the full report). I have been very happy with his service.
