 + -1 moreTHE INSPECTOR WAS ALWAYS ON TIME. WHENEVER HE WOULD BE MORE THAN A FEW MINUTES LATE HE WOULD CALL TO LET ME KNOW. THE WORK CREW DID A GOOD JOB REPLACING ALL THE BOARDS THAT HAD TERMITE OR WATER DAMAGE. THE INSPECTOR DID MISS AN AREA BEHIND A TREE AND HAD TO BE CALLED BACK TO REPLACE A FEW MORE BOARDS.
Description of Work: THE INSPECTOR INSPECTED THE HOUSE FOR TERMITES AND TERMITE OR WATER DAMAGE. THE INSPECTOR IDENTIFIED ALL AREAS OF DAMAGE ON A WRITTEN REPORT. THE WORK CREW REPLACED ABOUT A DOZEN BOARDS AND DID A LOCAL TERMITE TREATMENT.
