He showed up when he said he would. He applied the chemicals. Then he filed the holes that the bees had been using to access their colony. He also applied something that was supposed to deter them from coming back. He called it a repellant. He was courteous and his personality is above and beyone that of many people who I have come into contact with for "service" calls. Mario's customer service skills are excellent. It was more like having a friend over than just hiring someone to do a job. He also did not try to sell me something that I didn't need even though I do need a lot more pest control work done on my home. I plan on giving him all the work I can and I also plan on sharing his number with anyone who might need his services.
