Mike Shupe gave me a same day appointment, which was amazing considering it was a hot week and I had no air conditioning. He was on time, friendly and took the time to explain the work as he was doing it. He worked quickly and cleaned up before he left. He was genuinely interested in making sure that I got what I needed and I was satisfied.
