I called him and was interested in only doing little jobs that the $99.00 that the deal would apply too. He did do some small work for me though. He tried to also sell me a plumbing part which I decided not to purchase from him. The faucet was still leaking and he told me that he could not fix that. I ended up hiring someone else.

Dave from A Budget Rooter did a fantastic job. He was helpful and was cognisant of our budgetary restrictions. Dave went above and beyond my expectations by suggesting reasonable long-term fixes instead of costly change everything spurn of the moment decisions by me. Additionally, he went to four different hardware stores for one part, he will follow-up with me in 2 days after calling the factory for the part and reschedule for an unrelated requisition I inquired while he was here to fix our kitchen faucet. A stand up guy.

Dave was great! He came to my house within 20 minutes of me calling him and was able to diagnose and fix the leak I had in my downstairs ceiling. Cost was fair and he was honest and provided quality service. While he was there he saw one of my sink drains was draining slowly and showed me how to fix it without using draino and even let me keep the tool he used to fix it. Would definitely call Dave again if I ever need a plumber again.

Dave is a laid-back and reserved guy, but he knows his stuff. He identified the issue and explained several possible solutions, starting with the most economical one. Fortunately, re-seating the toilet seat cleared up the sewage smell that has been a problem for a long time. He also checked out some shower issues and replaced the shower head and faucet to get more pressure into the shower flow.
He was prompt and personable. Will use him in the future.

Dave, the owner, called at 3:30 pm to update us that he'd be arriving at 4pm. He and my husband figured out the best approach to snake the drains and he was done in about an hour. Very professional, friendly and helpful. I had another flood today, the day after and he returned to snake the drain free of charge!

Fair price. Never the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. No “upsell” from Dave.Would I use him in the future? Absolutely, in fact, I never call anyone else, and don’t even get “bids”. Dave is fair, honest, and gets the job done.

The work was wonderful! Their prices are great and the guys that come out here are great, too. They were very honest about what work needed to be done and truly saved me money and I find that very pleasant! He ended up telling me what the problem was and he didn’t end up needing to do any work! I have used him in the past when he did have to do work. I have used them probably 4 times. He was able to solve a problem that would’ve cost me a lot more money with another company. I also feel very comfortable with the people they send out to do the work and that is very important to me. They are also very fair with their pricing and they come out right away!

A Budget Rooter and Plumbing Service was excellent from start to finish; they arrived when agreed upon and gave a detailed quote as well as discussed any "unexpected" issues that may arise. During installation kept us posted on how the work was progressing and cleaned up the work area after service. Made sure that our house was never without hot water during the service and went out of the way to make sure we were happy with the work. After installation reviewed the instruction manual and warranty to make sure we understood how to work the heater and register for the warranty.
This company has always backed up their work and I have used them several times for minor plumbing issues as well as this major project and will definitly use them again in the future.

We called Budget Rooter (Dave Holt) on a Monday morning and he came over right away with the new water heater. It's a 40 gallon Bradford. He took out the old water heater and installed the new one. He gave us new flex pipes, a new exhaust vent, and a safety strap to hold it in in case of earthquake.
Dave explained everything as he was installing, and gave us pointers on maintenance for the future. He was done by 2pm. He's a nice guy, and he really has the experience.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY DID CLEAN UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE. THEY HAD A TOUGH JOB, BUT THEY DID IT VERY WELL. THEY TREATED ME LIKE NORMAL, AND THEY WOULD BE HIRED AGAIN IF I NEEDED THEM.
