Restored & refinished piano. Piano tune up (supposedly for free). Mr. Wallace Hall, never kept his word about anything. He'd call to schedule time and date, but would not Call or show up. He promised to show progress of work via email pictures and never did. Yet, he asked for more money in advance to cover "expenses" of his work. He made me absolutely crazy. The finished product was satisfactory, but for reasons aforementioned I would absolutely not recommend this service to anyone.

I THINK THAT THIS COMPANY WAS PROFESSIONAL AND WOULD RECOMMEND THEIR PIANO TUNING SERVICES. MY EXPERIENCE IS LIMITED TO ONLY THIS SERVICE. THEY WERE ABLE TO COME OUT WITHIN A FEW DAYS OF REQUESTING SERVICE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.
Description of Work: I HAD AN ANTIQUE PIANO TUNED BY THIS COMPANY. THEY WERE ABLE TO PROMPTLY SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT AND WERE PROFESSIONAL DOING THE JOB.
