QUALITY PLUS WAS VERY PATIENT WITH US. AFTER WE FOUND OUT OUR COMPUTER COULD NOT BE FIXED AND NEW ONE WOULD COST $200, IT TOOK US AT LEAST ONE MONTH BEFORE WE COULD AFFORD TO PAY FOR IT. THEY KEPT CALLING FOR PICK UP. WE HAD DECENT SERVICE FROM THEM.

I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. HE HELPED RIGHT AWAY WHEN I WALKED IN THE STORE AND HE FIXED IT RIGHT THERE ON THE SPOT FOR ME. IT ONLY TOOK ABOUT 10 MINUTES.

THEY WERE VERY QUICK ABOUT REPAIRING MY COMPUTER. THEIR PRICE WAS FAIR, THE INSIDE OF THE STORE LOOKS PRETTY DISORGANIZED THOUGH. THEY HAVE A LOT OF EQUIPMENT LAYING AROUND. IT LOOKS MORE LIKE A WORKSHOP THAN A RETAIL BUSINESS. BUT THE SERVICE WAS VERY QUICK.
