OVERALL, WE HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE PURCHASING A SPA FROM PREMIOUS SPAS. THE SALESPEOPLE AND OWNER WERE VERY HELPFUL, EXPLAINING ALL THE FEATURES AND ALLOWING US TO TRY OUT THE SPA IN THEIR SHOWROOM. THEY HAVE A 'BACK-ROOM SPA AREA' SET UP WHERE YOU CAN TRY OUT THE FEATURES OF SEVERAL SPAS. THEY DELIVERED IT PROMPTLY AND, AFTER WE HAD OUR ELECTRICIAN RUN THE PROPER HOOK-UPS, THEY CAME OUT TO MAKE CERTAIN IT WAS FILLED PROPERLY AND WAS WORKING. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH A SMALL WIRE WHICH HAD WORKED LOOSE, SO THE OWNER SENT OUT A TECHNICIAN ON SUNDAY TO FIX IT AND GET IT HEATED AND WORKING IN TIME FOR MY DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY PARTY. I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY CONSIDERATE.
