+ -1 moreOVERALL, WE HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE PURCHASING A SPA FROM PREMIOUS SPAS. THE SALESPEOPLE AND OWNER WERE VERY HELPFUL, EXPLAINING ALL THE FEATURES AND ALLOWING US TO TRY OUT THE SPA IN THEIR SHOWROOM. THEY HAVE A 'BACK-ROOM SPA AREA' SET UP WHERE YOU CAN TRY OUT THE FEATURES OF SEVERAL SPAS. THEY DELIVERED IT PROMPTLY AND, AFTER WE HAD OUR ELECTRICIAN RUN THE PROPER HOOK-UPS, THEY CAME OUT TO MAKE CERTAIN IT WAS FILLED PROPERLY AND WAS WORKING. THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH A SMALL WIRE WHICH HAD WORKED LOOSE, SO THE OWNER SENT OUT A TECHNICIAN ON SUNDAY TO FIX IT AND GET IT HEATED AND WORKING IN TIME FOR MY DAUGHTER'S BIRTHDAY PARTY. I THOUGHT THAT WAS VERY CONSIDERATE.
Description of Work: DELIVERED AND INSTALLED OUR NEW JACUZZI SPA THAT WAS PURCHASED FROM THEIR STORE. ALSO SENT A TECHNICIAN OUT THE NEXT DAY TO CONNECT A WIRE WHICH HAD WORKED ITS WAY LOOSE DURING THE MOVE. THIRDLY, GAVE AN EXTENSIVE IN SERVICE ON DAILY UPKEEP AND SERVICE OF THE SPA TO KEEP IT CLEAN. FILLED THE SPA AND MADE CERTAIN EVERYTHING WAS WORKING CORRECTLY.
