Don performed a complete inspection and sent a thorough written report and estimate for tent fumigation. After I scheduled the work, Don visited again to review the preparation that I needed to do, answered questions, provided nylofume bags and instructed me in the proper method of bagging my food and medicines prior to the fumigation. On the day of the fumigation, Don arrived to observe the work in progress and to stay throughout the tenting process. On the day after tent removal, Don arrived to verify that the work was done properly and to inspect for anything needing corrective action. He provided additional information and he sprayed outside to control ants. He explained that he would be back in two weeks to remove termite droppings etc so a future inspection would be based on new evidence only. None of this extra service was provided by a different company four years ago. Fumigation is not fun but Don made it more tolerable and positive. It was worth the cost and effort.
