Carpet Installation
They provided a lot of information which was important because we want someone who was knowledgeable about the type of product and the installation procedure as it would help in the decision making when we are shopping.

Ordered and paid for 30 gal totes on-line for store pick-up. Got to store - None in Stock - They don't do Rain Checks - They're Not Ordering Anymore. However for a mere 50% increase in Cost I could have bought another brand that were 10% Smaller. WTH????

They have unbeatable prices. I had my handyman install it for me. They provided me with a good selection. They call you and you go and pick it up. I went with them because they are a big company and the price is much better than what you would find at a much smaller store.

I honestly do not have any complaints at all with Lowe's. They showed up on time and they did an excellent job. They were just really good and really professional. I would recommend them to others. I also thought the pricing was fair too.

They did wonderful job on the installation, showed up on time and did the work in a very timely manner. My only problem was with the customer service I received at Lowes, it was awful!! Overall, my experience was good and i will use them again in the future.

Hardwood Flooring Service
Lowes did a really nice job on the wood flooring in my living room area. At first I didn't want to use a big store because I thought they would be a little pricey, but after carefully searching for quotes I realized that they where very inexpensive. They did a beautiful job on my floor and the work even came with a warranty.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. THEY WERE ON TIME WITH EVERYTHING WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEY HAD GOOD CHOICES TO PICK FROM. THEY WERE VERY HELPFUL IN DECISION MAKING AND ALL OF THAT STUFF.

THERE WAS POOR COMMUNICATION FROM THE ENTIRE STAFF, INCLUDING MANAGEMENT. SOME OF THE PRODUCTS WERE THE WRONG PRODUCTS OR WERE DAMAGED. WE CALLED THE MANAGER SEVERAL TIMES. THE MANAGER DID NOT RETURN OUR PHONE CALLS. I WILL EVEN BE CALLING BACK TOMORROW DUE TO POOR FOLLOW UP.
