The purchase of a home is stressful, and Eugene was unbelievably thorough. He spent over 4 hours inspecting every nook and cranny of the house (approx. 1900 sq ft). He was open to questions during the inspection, and provided on the spot feedback, as he saw fit.
The report he provided was exceptional as well -- over 60 pages long! I can credit his level of detail to us getting credits from the seller.
I should also mention the home is located in Santa Monica. He says he is willing to drive anywhere and made the drive from Chino Hills.
I wholeheartedly recommend Eugene Parker and Just the Facts Property Inspections and would use the company's services again. Excellent experience!
