Integrity Escrow

From the very beginning, our escrow officer, Cynthia, was lacking in professionalism. She had a tendency to want to argue rather than talk and everything seemed to irritate her. She made me cry, after the first time. She called to apologize, however, proceeded to be rude and make me cry again a week later. She lied to me on the day our money was to go into our account, failed to tell me that our $400,000.00 had been wired to the wrong company and that she was working on rectifying the situation. She choose to "dance around" the reason for our funds not being available rather then telling me the truth. When called her on the carpet for this unprofessional behavior, she requested that I not speak with her any further and to put any questions through our real estate agent! Excuse me??? I'm paying you to provide a service and I can't talk to you? The red flag should have gone up as soon as I found out that our real estate agency and the escrow office worked out of the same office with the same phone number. Anyway, if you are looking to work with a professional company, DO NOT CHOOSE INTEGRITY ESCROW OR ADVANTAGE REAL ESTATE OF CHINO HILLS IN CALIFORNIA!!! YOU WILL BE SORRY!
