When we called them, they did a good job. We got mad for calling them because our GE had to work fine without service. Our 10-year-old, 12-year-old GE refrigerator is not like the GE refrigerator my mother had years ago which lasted for years or so. It took 40 to 50 years for that one to give out. But the service company did okay. We renewed with them yesterday under a policy.
