Dynamic Remodeling and Restoration

JEFF IS GREAT. THE WHOLE PROCESS WENT SMOOTHLY. I AND MY SONS HAD TO MOVE OUT FOR THE WEEK BECAUSE OF THE ASBESTOS REMOVAL. BUT I LOOKED AT IT AS A VACATION FROM HOME. JEFF KEPT ME UPDATED ON THE PROGRESS OF THE WORK. THE WORK WAS COMPLETED BEFORE THE WEEKS END AND I TOOK THE EXTRA TIME TO MOVE FURNITURE BACK INTO THE HOUSE. I WISHED THAT I HAD THOUGHT OF BEFORE PICTURES. I WAKE UP SMILING EACH MORNING LOOKING AT MY CEILINGS. IT IS SUCH A BIG DIFFERENCE. THE HOUSE LOOKS MORE MODERN AND UP TO DATE. I HAVE ONLY GOOD THINGS TO SAY IN APPRECIATION FOR A JOB NOT ONLY WELL DONE BUT I FEEL HE DID EXTRA TO MAKE SURE THAT GOT MY MONEYS WORTH. I AM LOOKING FORWARD TO MY NEXT PROJECT WITH SPRAY AND THINGS.

They did a great job. Jeff was very clean. He laid plastic everywhere. He was here for approximately three weeks and we enlarged the master bath and then we took a section of the bedroom and made it into a walk-in closet. He was on time every single day. He said he will be here at 8 and he was here before. And he worked until that section that he wanted to finish and he told us what his intentions were on a daily basis. He finished it and he is very clean. We have not got any problems with it and we are really, really happy with him. We even recommended him to some of our neighbors.

They removed all the old popcorn from the ceilings in three bedrooms and re-textured, including the walls. With the exception of some overspray on the baseboards that needs to be sanded off, they were very clean and tidy. They covered all the flooring and furniture with plastic and were much cleaner than any other contractor I've used. So nice to find someone who respects your time and honors the scheduled appointment you agree on. As long as budget permits, we will be using them for the rest of our drywall needs.

Jeff came out and did the estimate, he was on time and very professional. Since he was the first one I called, I did call out another contractor to get another estimate. They kept me hanging for another week just to get an estimate. Then I found out they didn't have a current license. I called Spray N Things back and he was able to get us started the next Monday. They covered everything in plastic, removed damaged ceiling and insulation. Put up new insulation and drywall on ceiling. They removed all the popcorn on ceilings in living room, entry, dining room, hallway, master bedroom and bath. They textured ceilings in all of those rooms. Then they painted all ceilings and all rooms plus the kitchen. They put new molding around front door and stained door. They removed wallpaper in dining room and retextured wall. They were on time everyday. Everything was cleaned up on a daily basis. It was a great experience overall. All the work looked great when they were done. I was extremely pleased. I would definitely use Spray N Things again.

Professionally competent Jess Steggell is a man of Christian values. Jeff was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. He demonstrated care and respect our home by laying plastic sheeting down before bringing the hosing in. Jeff promptly completed the scope of work, and then provided advice on ventilating the room during the next few hours. After Jeff learned that I am currently unemployed, he voluntarily applied a pricing discount. Do consider Spray'N'Things.

He was excellent. We put the house up for sale and so, I was having the work done.

I would absolutely use them again.

I had 3 bids for the work. Jeffs bid was just a little above the lowest bid, but by talking to him it became clear that he was the best candidate. He had the right equipment and materials to do the job in a timely manner. Him and his crew did a great job. They were very efficient. The old popcorn ceiling was removed and new texture applied the first day. The new recessed lights were installed, and they started the other electrical work. On the second day the new ceiling was primed and painted, the electrical work was completed, as well as the panting in the two baths. Everything looks terrific. They also did a good cleanup job.
