I have a Home Warranty with Fidelity National Home Warranty. When my garbage disposal failed I scheduled the service call immediately with Fidelity.
Dave's Plumber called the next day and scheduled for the following day. The technician came on time but we did not hear the door bell (I believed he pressed the wrong button (intercom) which was not working. Upon seeing the voice message, I called back and had to reschedule for the next day.
Fortunately the technician called back to say he was able to come by the same day after his next job. Did a good job and we're all good now. Technician was friendly and efficient. Left the work area clean after the work.
Cost is only for the service charge as material was covered by Fidelity.
