They charge for balancing and the road hazard thing, but it turns out pretty cheap. I usually just leave the car, it was a wait time of about 2 hours.

Costco has the best return policy and some of the best prices, depending on the item. Kirkland sells everything you'll ever need. The only service they're missing may be something like adoption services... haven't checked but maybe they have plans to implement that soon too as they offer service for everything else under the sun.
