They have reasonable prices. The optometrists seem knowledgeable in their area.

My husband and I have always gone to purchase tires for all of our vehicles. We've had 9 vehicles in the past 5 yrs so that's no small feat. Each time, Costco has provided the most competitive pricing and the best overall experience and warranty with their tires. Any time there's a flat with any of the tires, they address and repair the problem without making a hassle out of it. Their service time usually averages around an hour, depending on their customer load that day. We were recently turned away on a routine tire rotation service, but only because we got there around 4p (they closed at 6 that day), they were short-staffed (staff said they had only 2 employees in the shop that day), and they were trying to just finish the cars they already had in the shop. They asked us to go back the next day when they open at 9:30. We didn't mind at all because we live very close to this location and frankly, we appreciated how honest they were with us and didn't try to promise on something they couldn't deliver. All in all, unless their tire prices skyrocketed overnight, we'll remain loyal Costco members as long as we continue possessing our vehicles.

Tires are priced well. Installation is done in a relatively short time. Road hazard warranty is good

I hired them for my upstairs carpet replacement project which included bedrooms, hallway and stairs. The sales person came to our house with lots of samples, she was very knowledgeable. The price was a little more than others but I guess you are paying for the Costco brand, warranty and customer service. The installation experience was excellent, the workers were very professional and communicated clearly and did not rush. They moved my heavy furniture without complaining. I would recommend them without any reservations.

I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE SINCE I WAS ABLE TO GET MY CAR BACK IN ONE HOUR ON MY WAY HOME FROM WORK. THE COST WAS REASONABLE, ALSO THOUGHT THE TIRES WERE GOOD QUALITY.

I WAS QUITE SURPRISED THAT THEY HAD THE SAME EXACT TIRE THAT I HAD TO REPLACE. THEY WERE ALSO WILLING TO ORDER MY TYPE OF TIRES IF REQUIRED. THEIR SERVICE WAS COMPLETED IN A TIMELY MANNER. I WOULD DEFINITELY RETURN TO HAVE MY TIRES REPLACED AGAIN.

I WAS VERY PLEASED. THE CAKES WERE PROFESSIONALLY DECORATED, LOOKED VERY NICE, and ALSO TASTED GREAT. THE PRICING WAS REASONABLE and THE WORK WAS DONE WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME FRAME.

THE SERVICE IS REALLY EXCELLENT AND THEY DID GOOD PERFORMANCE IN ALIGNMENT. I DID HAVE PROBLEM WITH ALIGNMENT AND THEY fixed IT IN JUST FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS.
