We had planned to install wood flooring throughout our home but not all at the same time. Our first experience with Ken Koerber and Chino Hills Hardwood was with the installation of wood flooring in our kitchen, den, staircase and office. The craftsmanship and attention to detail were exemplary. End of day/project cleanup was also excellent. We had no doubt as to who we would call back to install flooring in our living room and bedrooms which have since been completed. All the work performed was completely to our satisfaction. We have recommended Chino Hills Hardwood to several of our friends and family members. We continue to enjoy our wood flooring.

This is the second time I hired Chino Hills Hardwood to install hardwood flooring. Ken is professional, he always comes on time and communicates well, keeping me updated on top of things. Ken and his brother Chris perform the installation themselves, resulting in superb craftsmanship and high degree of attention to details. I highly recommend Chino Hills Hardwood to anyone looking for quality hardwood floor installation.

Ken and his partner are perfectionist, if they don't like the way something fit the would modify it to make it fit. The finished moulding around the base is perfect , each little angle is cut precisly. They arrived on time and started immediately on the project. Their work ethic is outstanding, if I had a question they would explain in detail what was being done. The nice thing is I could understand them.
