 + -1 moreI WAS ABLE TO GET MY BATTERY REPLACED ON THE SPOT. I HAD TO WAIT ONLY ABOUT 15 MINUTES FOR MY BATTERY TO BE REPLACED. ALSO, THE TIME ON MY WATCH WAS RESET SO THAT I DID NOT HAVE TO TINKER WITH IT WHEN I GOT IT BACK. I WAS PLEASED WITH THE QUICK TURN-AROUND AND WOULD GO BACK IN THE FUTURE.
Description of Work: REPLACED BATTERY ON MY G-SHOCK WATCH. LOCATION OF THE REPAIR SHOP WAS CONVENIENT.

 + -1 moreTHEY HAVE ALWAYS BEEN EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND PROMPT WHEN I HAVE VISITED THEIR STORE. THEY CALLED ME AFTER TWO DAYS AND MY WATCH IS AS GOOD AS NEW. THEY ARE VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND I WILL CONTINUE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.
Description of Work: I BROKE THE CRYSTAL ON MY WATCH AND NEEDED IT REPLACED. I VISITED T & T AND THEY SAID IT COULD BE A WEEK.

 + -1 moreIT WAS GOOD AND HE DID A GREAT JOB. MY BOOTS LOOK GREAT, JUST LIKE NEW. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS GREAT. HE HAD THEM DONE IN A TIMELY MATTER. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING.
Description of Work: A PAIR OF MY FAVORITE BOOTS HAD BEEN REPAIRED AFTER A LONG TIME OF USE. THEY REPLACED THE ZIPPER AND HEAL.
