Act Construction is a Chino Hills base company founded on 1998. Act Constructions inc, provides general contracting and construction management for new construction, tenant improvement, and renovation projects, for both commercial and residential properties. We Recognizing the complexity of today's construction services industry, we believe a successful contracting corporation must competitively respond to the diverse needs of its clients. It must strive to maintain excellence in service and quality. Our goal is to finish each project on the highest quality of work with the lowest budget in the due date that assigned to us by our clients.

"I am sorry for your feeling, pictures talk and I will post pictures before and after and people will be the judge. about the job you knew how much you will be paying before start the project, in middle of the project your friends/neighbors told you you are paying too much and ... you didn't want to pull the permit for extra cost, and for the same reason Jeff couldn't remove the whole tree from the public area, but he trimmed it. Your emotion was effecting your judgement (for the reason you told while you were talking to me that I do not want to say it) one day we were all the best and the other day you were contacting me and either Jeff or I (since Ketti was fired) was the Lousy, stupid .... and you were threatening with lawsuit (your emails and texts are available). you have hired a very famous landscape Architect like you didn't know how much she will charge(!) and in middle of the job you realized that you paid too much, even though you loved the design, you find an excuse (being late like you never knew about California's traffic) and you fired her to not pay her visits fees! You started to picking on Jeff and his lousiness (He did a good job, not perfect but acceptable), per your request I took over and finished the job, not only what was in contract but some extra stuff just to make you happy. And I remember you were telling me that i should do everything with my own crew to insure the quality. I understood you situation and didn't push you to pay my painter which you agreed to pay him directly, I have observed the $2000 his pay! You Fired your top of the line architect and start lessening to your hat of all trades neighbor!! I have offered to go and fix whatever you are not happy about, but you choose the way instead. My offer still is good if we can work there without getting threat of lawsuit or being called names, customer satisfaction is always my first priority and it is in my company's policy.
