The owner is Manny Sanchez and he is responsive. I am a regular swimmer and if something goes wrong with the pool cover, then it is a problem as I cannot swim. In the past, before he replaced the pool cover last year, he kept that pool cover going for 15 years. It was breaking down all the time and he would come out in a couple of days, sometimes the next day to fix it. His prices are good, neither too reasonable nor expensive and his product is better than many of them.
