Phone Service - Cellular
I love my HTC EVO and it came with a year warranty. I took it to the the Sprint store on 20th Street, but they don't do repairs. They referred me to Total Wireless on Mangrove. I was a tad angry about having to drive to another store, but to my delight, they did the repair on the spot! I was in and out in 20 minutes. The repairman was polite and very knowledgeable about my model of phone.
I've dealt with Total Wireless previously. Before I signed up with Sprint, I wasn't sure I could get reception at my home, I'm in a canyon and had no luck with Verizon and AT&T will never get my business again. Anyway, I called Total Wireless, to see if they covered my area and the guy knew that where I live cell service could work for one neighbor and not the next. So he offered to give me a phone to use for the weekend! I didn't even sign paperwork. I love this store.
