 + -1 moreI bought a car from Buddy Rauch, a local mechanic, last summer. He told me two things that turned out to be a complete lie. He said that he rebuilt the transmission, and he said the car had not been in a wreck. I took it to two different mechanics and both said that the transmission had not even been touched and the car had new welds underneath and a new paint jo due to a recent wreck. I called Buddy Rauch a few hours later to asked if we could forget the whole deal and he laughed at me and said the money was gone. In the end I spent 4,500 fixing up this car that I bought 5,600 from Buddy. A few months later he actually had the gall to text me and tell me I needed to pay for parking tickets the car got while heowned it. He actually told me he would use his spare key to come steal the car if I didn't pay his parking tickets. I had to get the police involved after my wife saw him drive by my house! I can't warn you enough about this guy. Please be careful if you go to Tedious Repairs.
