Removed most of the items from my home. Returned items contained someone else's belongings. When I called the company, they denied that these items were not mine. Several of my belongings were not returned. I can only guess they gave them to the wrong client. If I called to question them about ANYTHING, they quickly became angry and rude. They harassed me about the bill even though the insurance was covering the cost. They did a lousy job, left allot of smoke damage and dirt behind. They said they cleaned the carpets, but they still reeked of smoke.. I was too intimidated to call them after the angry response I got. I would NEVER use them again for anything.
