Description of Work: When we were first shown the house about a month before we took posession of it, it was pretty dirty. The kitchen cabinets had water and mold problems and the carpet looked like it had had several animals living on it for some time. We were assured this would be all cleaned up, the carpet replaced and the cabinets cleaned or replaced. When we went to look at it before moving in the carpet had been replaced, but all the mess was left behind from the carpet installation. Theresa Haney apologized for the mess but made no effort to have anyone from Sheraton clean it up. The cabinets had not been dealt with, were still moldy, and Theresa said she would look into getting them cleaned or painted but nothing happened. So I would call Sheraton, mostly on a weekly basis about what is going to happen with these disgustingy cabinets that are unusuable, and finally after two months they agree to come paint the cabinets. Its been two weeks since that conversation and still no painted cabinets, three months total now we have not had use of those cabinets due to something that should have been done before we got there. The biggest reason for writing this review is the lack of a properly functioning air conditioning system. When we moved into the house the at he end of April, we turned up the a.c. and left for a few hours. When we returned it was obvious the air conditionng was not working at all so we called sheraton about it and it took them seven days to find the time to come and fix our a.c. When they finally showed up to fix the a.c., a week later, it would only cool half the house well. I would call about getting it fixed and they would send someone out to confirm it does not work properly, the problem being the a.c. ducting to the kitchen and living room are too small to support the airflow needed to cool the house equally. The thermostat needs to be set a 72 to keep one -half of the house at 75 degrees, the other half of the house stays at 80-85degrees from 10 o'clock in the morning to ten o'clock at night. So when we are trying to relax in our living room or kitchen we are sweating, and still paying $220.00 electric bill in a house that has all of it major appliances on propane. That is correct. We only have an electric A.C. and a few c.f.l. lightbulbs, and a t.v. on electric and still have a 220.00 electric bill. Our stove, hot water heater, dryer, are all gas. So we basically pay 220.00 a month for an air conditioner that cools half the house and a few light bulbs.The last property manager assigned to us was named Adam and he told us that after the next a.c. guy came out and inspected it, there basically was no more he would do. "we were going to run into a wall" was how Adam put it. And I guess he meant it because he will not return phone calls anymore. We also asked for a garage door opener and still, three months later, not a peep about a garage door opener, despite repeated requests.
