The manager, Matt Ottinger, gave a very through and straightforward
assessment of the job. The crew was efficient. Post-remediation testing
indicated that a complete and through job had been performed.

When we discovered a hot water leak under our home, Service Masters was our first call (we've needed them in the past). They arrived within 90 minutes to review the situation. The manager (Chris Raley) went into the crawl space under our home, reviewed the entire sub-floor, ground, insulation, pipes, etc. and took numerous digital pictures to record the situation. He then went through our entire home checking for dampness in the sub-floor, baseboards, and lower sheetrock. Once complete, he gave us a thorough review as well as plan for treatment. The technicians were on-site within two (2) hours removing the wet insulation and setting up the negative air blower. Within 36 hours of discovery, Service Masters had all of the affected insulation removed, had been in contact with our insurance company to outline the situation, had met with the adjuster for our case, and also with the contractor who would be doing the repairs. They checked moisture and mold levels throughout the crawl space on a daily basis, kept us informed of the progress, and worked diligently to complete the project. Throughout, the technicians were courteous, professional, hard-working, and meticulous about keeping their work areas clean and tidy. After eight (8) days of fans, blowers, and remediation, the job was complete. Once again the manager went through the entire crawl space to insure that everything was 100% dry, that there was no mold on any surface or in the air, and that everything else (pipes, wires, conduits, ducts) were in good order. I cannot say enough good things about this company!! We have used them twice, and in both cases they exceeded our expectations for professionalism, courtesy, cleanliness, thoroughness, and top-quality work!
